INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

Admission to the full symposium programme, welcome reception on 11 September, programme booklet and electronic access to all conference abstracts, coffee and lunch breaks.

Tickets for the Conference Dinner at the National Museum on 12 September can be purchased at 900 DKK per person - read more about the dinner here.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address is entered during the process.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the NoSCoS 2019 Conference Secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. 

Refund of the registration fee (minus 300 DKK administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 1 August 2019. After this date, cancellations of registrations fees and dinner tickets will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of no show. 

Refund of accommodation at Scandic Copenhagen (minus 300 DKK administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 3 June 2019. After this date, cancellations of accommodation will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

 

SHARING OF CONTACT DETAILS

CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, here under registration and information about the conference. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.

 

INVITATION LETTER

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
