PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive. 
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address is entered during the process.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the NoSCoS 2019 Conference Secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. Refund of the registration fee (minus 300 DKK administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 1 August 2019. After this date, cancellations of registration fees and dinner tickets will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

Refund of the accommodation at Scandic Copenhagen (minus 300 DKK administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 3 June 2019. After this date, cancellations of accommodation will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

SHARING OF CONTACT DETAILS

CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, here under registration and information about the conference. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.

Invitation letter

Visas should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date. Please note that while we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants and we are not in a position to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.

Participants can request an invitation letter from the NoSCoS conference registration management on email ms@cap-partner.eu. The invitation letter will only be issued upon completion of registration and receipt of the full pre-payment of the registration fee. This invitation letter does not involve any commitment by the NoSCoS conference secretariat to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs associated with participation in the Conference.

If a participant’s application for visa is refused, the NoSCoS Secretariat will refund the paid registration fees. Refunds will only be processed when the congress secretariat has received a copy of the refusal letter before 12 August 2019.
